Auxiliary Particle Filtering Over Sensor Networks Under Protocols of Amplify-and-Forward and Decode-and-Forward Relays

In this paper, the particle filtering problem is investigated for a class of stochastic systems with multiple sensors under signal relays. To improve performance transmissions, relay deployed between each sensor and remote filter. Both amplify-and-forward (AF) decode-and-forward (DF) relays are considered certain transmission protocols. Stochastic series employed to describe multiplicative channel gains additive noises. Novel likelihood functions derived based on AF/DF models different With measurements collected from all nodes, new centralized auxiliary filter (APF) designed by resorting statistical information Next, consensus-based distributed APF further established at node that requires only locally available information. Finally, effectiveness proposed approach demonstrated through target tracking simulation examples in situations.
